INVESTING IN YOUR CHILD’S FUTURE

You recognize the importance of higher education. Not only can it broaden people’s social, emotional and intellectual capabilities, it can have a more tangible impact on the rest of their lives. Over a lifetime, the gap in earning potential between having a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree (or higher) is more than $1,000,000.*

You also have probably noticed that the cost of higher education is steadily rising. In fact, a child born in 2007 may face college bills totaling $176,487 for a public university or $359,307 for a private institution.

Join us Thursday, January 29; 6:30 @ PCE Library to get your questions answered. If you have any questions, please contact Robyn Bush at parented@pcepta.org

Previous Parent Ed sessions have included:

“Building Kids with Positive Body Images” brown-bag lunch and discussion with Cynthia Culver in October 2007.

“Making Winter memories with Your Kids!" brown-bag lunch and discussion -- parents sharing ideas in November 2007

PTA Founders Day Luncheon in February 2008, honoring our past PTA presidents and former PCE principals who have given so much to our children and to our community.

Information on future programs will be posted as information becomes available. Questions or suggestions? Contact our Parent Education Coordinator.
